Volt Athletics is a great product. We did not have the staff to really give the students a one on one strength training coach, so this app helped us to manage a larger volume of athletes well, with individualized plans. The app is easy to use and the app had plenty of movements to choose from. We used the templates and then changed movements from there, but we ended up keeping about 50% of the template exercises in a given workout day because they were what we needed. Would definitely recommend if you have a large team and are short on coaching staff.

Quality, effective strength programs for all sports. Has great micro-coaching with their video library of all the strength training movements. We have a great Volt Strength Coach named Victoria who has been extremely helpful in navigating the program, getting started, and progressing through the intricate details of the Volt Program.

overall the APP has been very useful. Starting with base templates and changing to fit time and specific needs is very easy and overall it has saved me hours of time from building programs from the bottom up.

The Volt app has made my weight lifting class more versatile and is greatly helping my students get in better shape. The ability to set workouts based on a students sport, pe choice, equipment availability, and the constant adjustment of workout after each rep is amazing.

I enjoy the feature of a programed lift that progresses the athletes as they move forward, saves us coaches a lot of time calculating where they should be at when lifting. I also enjoy being able to modify programs to tailor to specific athletes needs due to injury. Volt has been super helpful and a game changer if you take the time to find all of the features within.

The Volt program has really helped me as the Health and Wellness manager for over 600 first responders in our department. Its ease of use, variety, and intelligent programming, allows me to feel confident our members are getting what they need to keep their fitness levels up the right way.

We love VOLT. We love the interaction we have with our strength coach, Victoria. She's available to meet with me whenever I want, with the team via zoom, and tailors our workouts to what we need in season, out of season, etc. The workouts are easy to follow and the videos explain in detail what each player needs to do. We also like the primers, finishers, and the fact you can replace a lift if you're injured. All in all, very happy with VOLT.

The students and athletes find the Volt program very user friendly. They are motivated by the progress that they see and excited to see their progress each week.
