Great For Teams!
Volt is an incredible app. It's perfect for summer break when the athletes are back home. The sport specific workouts can be tailored to the equipment that is available to you. It's also great on campus for working around different class schedules, as the athletes are able to work out on their own time and still follow a system. I love the accountability aspect also.

When I have questions I always get…outstanding assistance
When I have questions, I always get outstanding assistance. When I have issues with system or calendar the VOLT Staff takes it over and provides me wonderful help.(mine are usually my fault or lack of skills with program on my end) I think it’s important that phone calls are returned quickly . Having help and a real person on the other end is critical.

VOLT is IT!
VOLT is amazing! They are always innovating and upgrading their software to match the needs of the users. As a CSCS and Director of Performance for an entire athletic department, I can't emphasize enough how much I love the ability to build custom programs, save them as templates, yet still personalize movements for athletes who need modifactions made, etc. The flexibility improvements made over the past 2-3 years have been outstanding. The analytics are powerful too! The engagement data helps me to justify to my admin why I need the software, why I need new equipment or replace something because of such high usage, etc. The analytics help me to show athletes and their coaches that what we're doing is working and it helps deepen the buy in. Overall, VOLT is IT!

Flexible delivery
We didn't have a gym or a strength/conditioning coach last year but through the Volt program were able to give our students access to a top notch fitness program.
