VERGOGNOSO !!! ho noleggiato un auto per il 29 giugno 2025 attraverso Booking, pagando tutto in anticipo... il giorno della riconsegna (mi hanno chiesto 30 euro per aver chiesto di poterlo fare alle 8 di mattina....aprivano appositamente per noi ma quando sono arrivato c'erano altre persone....) mi hanno addebitato sulla carta di credito un importo di 531 euro e rotti senza giustificazione e tantomeno ricevuta !!! l'ho scoperto all'arrivo ad agosto della nota spese dalla VIsa !!! sto sollecitando da circa 20 giorni ma nessuno si preoccupa di chiamarmi e cercare di risolvere il problema e men che mai si parla di accredito !!! Ora metto in mano tutto al mio avvocato !!! SHAMEFUL!!! I rented a car for June 29, 2025, through Booking.com, paying everything in advance... On the day of return (they charged me €30 for asking to return it at 8:00 AM... they opened especially for us, but other people were there when I arrived...), they charged my credit card a total of €531 and more without any justification, much less a receipt!!! I found out when the expense report from Visa arrived in August!!! I've been chasing the issue for about 20 days, but no one has bothered to call me and try to resolve the issue, much less discuss a refund!!! Now I'm handing the whole thing over to my lawyer!!! Honteux ! Nous avons réservé une voiture pour nos vacances en Grèce plusieurs mois à l'avance. La veille, nous consultons notre réservation et sonnons au service en ligne pour quelques questions. On nous annonce que la carte visa REVOLUT n'est pas acceptée (alors qu'elle a été validée à la réservation) et nous payons donc 160€ de plus pour changer de carte car nous "pour changer de carte, nous devons passer sur un autre modèle de voiture" soit disant. Bref, nous payons et une fois arrivés à l'aéroport, aucune indication pour trouver le bureau. Il faut en fait prendre une navette qui nous amène directement au bureau. Une fois sur place, idem la carte visa ne passe pas, nous changeons donc à nouveau de carte. Pour une carte "débit" (qu'ils n'acceptent soit disant pas mais qu'ils finissent par prendre tout de même). Nous déposons une cautions mais nous devons du coup prendre obligatoirement une assurance pour la durée de location de plus de 300€. Soit presque 500€ de supplément. Vraiment honteux. Nous ne passerons plus jamais par eux et ne les recommandons pas.

Horrible experience! The car broke down on the way to the airport, which caused a lot of stress and extra expenses. The Volta4u assistance line was unhelpful and gave unrealistic suggestions instead of real support. Only after insisting that the car was not drivable was a roadside assistance vehicle finally sent. Two drivers missed their flight and had to wait over three hours in the July heat, while the rest of the group had to take a taxi to avoid missing theirs. Even worse, once home, after contacting the company several times with all receipts and details, we never received any response at all. Unreliable car, no support when needed, and complete silence afterwards. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

Initially on arriving in Corfu we were told we had to pay extra insurance fees despite already paying in full on booking.com, then on the last day of the holiday before we had to drive to the airport the car broke down at no fault of our own, so we had to pay a very large taxi fare as no one at Volta picked up any phone calls from us at all. We arrived by taxi leaving the car in place sharing the location with them and asking about refunding our deposit, they reassured us that we would receive the deposit in 7 working days however it’s now been a month and we still haven’t received any deposit back despite numerous emails and call attempts. I will never use this company again simply a disgrace

If I can give no stars I would. We booked on bookings.com and the car we booked was not available and they gave us a smaller car. Then wanted to carve more than the car for insurance. Whilst we were there there 3 other coroners complained and were treated poorly. We went back to the airport and booked Avis in 15 min done and gone with a brand new car. Price was the same so no difference. Will never use them again

Bonjour, Le véhicule était convenable . En revanche, la dame à l accueil la matinée du 16 août était très impolie: elle nous a parlé de façon dédaigneuse!!! Dommage pour l image de l entreprise.

Vi lejede en bil hos Volta4u. Personalet var desværre meget lidt imødekommende, og vi oplevede, at de talte ned til os. Det gjorde hele processen ubehagelig. Moteren på bilen vi lejede var i stykker og da vi kontaktede selskabet fortalte de, at det var lige meget. Efter udlejning af bilen er de svære at komme i kontakt med. Der var dårlig kundeservice og en ikke respektfuld kommunikation fra deres side af. De er ikke lyttende og tænker kun på penge og ikke på kundernes oplevelse af bil udlejning.

The car that was given to me broke due to a mechanical malfunction at 9AM. After calling immediately the support number I am told to send a video of the issue and to wait for a text with instructions. Not receiving any text I call multiple times the Volta4u support number, receiving the same answer, often unpolitely. In the meantime it's 1:30PM and I am stuck with the broken car under the sun still not knowing what to do. In the end I manage to have on the phone a Volta4u supervisor that makes me wait a long time on the phone and then says that a new car will arrive in three ours and that when I return it I will have a refund. The car arrives after four ours (5:30PM), the driver does not speak english and the car is an old Lancia with 115691 kilometers. So, not only I lost one entire day of my vacation due to the first car and the delay in replacing it, but the rest of the trip was really stressing because the second car was not safe at all. Can you guess if they gave me a refund? They did not even respond to my request. The worst car rental experience possible
