If you value your safety, I’d highly recommend you stay away from these guys. The roads in Crete are not very forgiving. Specially if you stay in the mountain resorts. We got given a fiat panda with over 80k kilometres on it. And constant issues with the front passenger tyre losing air pressure. The car really struggled to get up hill. We asked for a fiat 500 and got a fiat panda. Doesn’t even look like they have fiat 500s. Saw their fleet at the start and end of the day. So I’m assuming fake advertising.

Avoid avoid avoid. I would have spent ten times the money just to avoid the experience of being a customer of this place. The ‘meet up’ location is a 10 min walk from the airport, not factoring in the 15 mins trying to find it when they don’t answer the phone. There they will tell you a shuttle will arrive in 5-10 mins. It will take 30. That shuttle will take you 50 metres down the road, but of course they dont give you the location so you can’t walk. You will then wait 2 hours outside in 30 degrees. Bare in mind there is not a long queue, it just took them that long to get through 3 customers. We finally got served as the lovely Italians also waiting defended us, not without the rude older man working shouting at them. We then are charged a €100 young drivers fee, which we paid online already but he can’t find proof.

DO NOT USE. Only hire a car with these people if you would like to wait 30 minutes for a shuttle bus to take you to an unknown location 500 yards down the road, and then wait another 2 hours for a queue with 5 people in before getting your car. Awful service.

Si vous souhaitez passer un séjour agréable à Corfou avec un véhicule choisi et confortable fuyez cette société qui ne respecte pas ses clients Et surtout les malheureux seniors qui auraient oublié de déclarer leur âge! (j'ai 76 ans bon pied, bon œil) Déclasser avec pour punition une taxe de 80 €, je suis reparti sans discussion possible avec une petite Corsa pour 5 personnes et leurs bagages.( serrés comme des sardines) Résultat vacances un peu gâchée quand même à la limite de l'escroquerie pour cette société parrainée par Booking!!

Así como el coche era el elegido y estaba en buen estado, el trato fue bastante desagradable, nos exigieron un seguro el cual no queríamos hacer, te bloquean la cuenta por un importe de más de 1700 euros y como la tarjeta que crédito no tenía tanta disponibilidad, no quisieron aceptar otras tarjetas ni mías ni las de mi mujer, obligando a coger un seguro de 190 € y reteniendo mi tarjeta por 868 € hasta la devolución del coche, por lo que por 5 días el alquiler se puso en el doble, más de 400 €. Nos dan ellos el telefono de Booking para hacer la reclamación y resulta que el telefono que te dan es el de atencion al cliente de Movistar. Todo un engaño para clavarte el desproporcionado valor de un seguro.

Una completa vergüenza, reservamos un coche con ellos a través de booking y al llegar allí se negaron a dárnoslo por no tener tarjeta de crédito COSA QUE AL REALIZAR EL PAGO NO LO PONE, no nos dieron ni una solución, el persona pésimo, la mujer mayor se hacía la loca y el chico joven morenito otro sin vergüenza que por más que intentábamos no nos ayudó en absolutamente nada. Se desentendían de absolutamente todo, menos del dinero eso bien que se lo quedaron. SIN VERGÜENZAS. Contacté con ellos por correo electrónico buscando soluciones y como no, no me ofrecieron ninguna agarrándose a que según ellos su trabajador nos dio opción de pagar un seguro adicional (como solución) cosa que no es verídica porque sino hubiésemos aceptado. Sinceramente son unos estafadores, no hay más que ver las reseñas que tienen.

I prepaid the car rental for the entire week. the flight had 3 hour of delay so I call Volta to inform them about it. When arrived , no car was available, in the middle of the night, no help from the staff, very rude. I had to search another rental, but when I asked for charge refunding I get no answer and no money back. Wrote 3 times to customer center without any answer. I travel a lot all over the world for my work but this has been the worse experience ever in my life ----- Update 07-07-2026 After Volta4u request I again wrote to the customer center askin to be refunded. Let's see what happens...

Very unhelpful staff, Could not get the car I had already booked weeks in advance (with insurance as well) Do not book with Volta4u if you can avoid it. Big thanks to the staff member who helped me find another company to rent with :)
