When we took the car all the left side was scratched. They made small signs in the paper. When we returned the car they said there is a scratch that was not in the paper of the car. I did NOT damaged the car in any way. They wanted to charge more than 700 euro for that. I told them that I did not damaged the car so they went to more than 400 euro. I kept insisting that I did not damaged the car, so they went down to 286 euro and told me: "what do you care - you have insurance" so I told them I'm not a lier - they charged me anyway. Volta4u are tell lies! Keep away from this company!! If not take pictures before you take the car!

Attention effectivement seules les cartes intitulées "credit" sont acceptées. Je ne comprend pas pourquoi en réalité... On m'a proposé une assurance complémentaire pour couvrir cette impossibilité de régler avec ma carte de débit : + 190 € sachant que ma location de 4 jours était de 135 € (perdus au passage...). Etrangement ils auraient accepté ma carte pour cette assurance là. Ils auraient pu au moins rembourser la moitiée des frais sur la location, cela aurait été plus "acceptable"... mais non c'est indiqué dans leurs conditions contractuelles donc on n'a pas de recours.. Un piège à touristes ! On a dû se payer un taxi et faire sans voiture. Au passage avec la poussière présente sur l'ile de Santorin je suis presque sûr qu'un forfait nettoyage aurait été au minima facturé, à quel prix ??? Date de l'expérience: 27 juin 2024

Inadmissible ! J'effectue une réservation via Ryanair, la réservation est annulée le jour même sans m'avertir. Le jour de mon départ une femme hyper désagréable me dit que c'est moi qui ai annulé la réservation, alors que ce n'est pas le cas . Elle remet la faute sur Ryanair alors qu' eux ont été réglo avec Moi . Je lui montre ma facture elle en veut rien savoir. Je pense tout bonnement que c'est la société même qui a annulé ma réservation car non rentable pour eux. Le tout dans la plus grande malhonnêteté puisqu'ils otb essayé de remettre leur responsabilité sur nous et sur Ryanair. Quel était mon intérêt de me retrouver autant dans l'embarras ? En partant de l'agence nous avons pu louer une voiture à une société à côté sans encombre ni escroquerie .

We got an error during the reservation, and we didn't manage to complete the reservation, however, we have been charged twice, we contacted them via phone and we have been told that the pay.ent department will contact us back, no one contacted us, the same via email, we sent the screenshots and everything and no answer yet.

totaal onbetrouwbaar !!! betaald voor een zeer kwalitatieve wagen, golf bij de aankomst stond een wagen klaar van de laagste categorie die op de helling geen 30 km/uur haalde, zonder sensoren, zonder comfort uitleg was : "simular car" uiteraard kregen we geen simular car en als je op voorhand hebt betaald, is dat een spijtige zaak !
