SCHIFO. Se potessi mettere 0 stelle le metterei. E' andato tutto male, PESSIMA esperienza, tra le peggiori della mia vita. Viaggio ogni anno ma i disagi causati da questa compagnia sono imparagonabili. Inoltre non sanno fare il loro lavoro e truffano la gente.

Pickup went smooth. Nice car, Some damage. At return there appeared to be a parking damage (probably door of another car) of 2mm, hardly visible. After waiting in line at the office, the employee did hardy look at us, was only watching the photo’s and told me rude that our leaving plane was not his problem because we damaged the car. Finally, after a waiting time of 50 minutes he charged us €300 (!!) for this minimal damage, meanwhile constantly flirting with his female collegue. Even came after me that I had to relax (which I was not at that time) and explaining to me that the damage had to be repaired. I showed him the car he was currently giving out was full of non-repaired scratches which he denied. Meanwhile I hope that my €1750 (!!) deposit will be returned rightfully as I did not read the reviews on this site. This was about the 10th time we rented a car in Greece, normally always friendly people. Never treated an hustled like this. Stay away from this terrible company and it’s arrogant employees!!

Pessima esperienza di noleggio!! Abbiamo preso l'auto il 5 agosto all'aeroporto di Atene, lasciata cauzione 744 euro e firmato contatto. Dovevamo fare il giro del Peloponneso. In apparenza tutto bene, gentili e accoglienti, non ci chiedono nulla circa il nostro itinerario. A fine utilizzo restituiamo il mezzo in ordine e con una domanda trabocchetto ci chiedono se abbiamo apprezzato il giro a Elafunissos... Noi, ignari del loro intento, rispondiamo entusiasti e loro candidamente ci informano che dobbiamo pagare una multa di 50 euro per essere saliti su un'isola con l'auto e altri 50 per non averlo dichiarato in anticipo: TOTALE 100 EURO!! Impossibile non versarli perché li hanno trattenuti direttamente dalla caparra! Imbarazzante l'inglese con cui si spiegano al desk e impossibile la discussione. Abbiamo pagato e ce ne siamo andati delusi. Mai capitato in decine di viaggi fatti...

Our experience with Volta4U was an absolute nightmare, and I cannot stress enough how terrible this company is. We rented cars through Booking.com for a 2-day trip in Santorini and a 3-day trip in Athens, both from Volta4U, expecting a smooth experience. What we encountered instead was sheer rudeness, unacceptable behavior, and a filthy office environment that set the tone for the entire ordeal. The main issue arose when they refused to accept a debit card for the deposit. They happily took our money to book the cars, but when it came time to provide the deposit—an outrageous €700, far higher than the €400 deposit typical of other companies—they refused to accept our debit card. This put us in an extremely difficult situation during our holiday. We had to waste precious time calling Booking.com, negotiating for a refund, which thankfully they agreed to. Volta4U is nothing short of a company of extreme scammers. They will take your money and then create impossible hurdles, likely hoping you'll give up and they can pocket your money. **Warning: Do not go near this company. They will steal your money.** On a positive note, we want to express our gratitude to Alamo car company and funrentacar_elvis, which was a breath of fresh air. They were helpful, straightforward, and didn’t cause any trouble at all. With Alamo and funrentacar_elvis (found on instagram), it was as simple as picking up the car and driving off—no games, no scams, just excellent service. Avoid Volta4U at all costs, and go with a reputable company like Alamo instead.

Long story short, avoid at a all costs, scammers.

Attention à fuir !! Grosse confusion entre carte de crédit et de débit qu’ils n’hésitent pas à utiliser à leur avantage. Nous avions effectué une réservation via booking bien en avance et la veille de la réservation nous sommes passés à l’agence pour un renseignement et heureusement! Nous avons eu la surprise d’apprendre que la carte de débit ne permettait pas de payer le dépôt de garantie de 2200€ demandé. Soit disant ils n’acceptent que les cartes de crédit sauf si on prenait une assurance supplémentaire de 200€ + 500€ de plus sachant que nous avions déjà payé 500€ pour la location et avions une assurance via booking. C’est tout bonnement scandaleux. Nous avons appelé booking directement pour annuler la réservation et trouver une entreprise qui acceptait les cartes de débit. Un conseil, si possible, avant la date de réservation, renseignez vous directement avec l’agence pour prendre vos dispositions au cas où.

Imbarazzanti! Abbiamo lasciato la macchina, presso il loro parcheggio a Creta, in perfette condizioni e con il pieno e dopo un mese ancora non ci hanno restituito la caparra indietro, dopo che ci avevano detto di non preoccuparci. Ah e ovviamente non rispondono alle mail. Mai avuto un' esperienza del genere.

Bij aankomst minimaal een uur moeten wachten op de auto. Je moet je passport inleveren/afgeven terwijl dit nergens in de reserveringsbevestiging staat.
