It was the worst experience I've ever had with a car rental agency. They automatically cancelled my reservation because I arrived a day later even if I've paid for everything. They told me to send a mail. I wrote 2 mails, but I've had no answers. They are only here to make money, they don't care about their customers. Furthermore, the car rental agency isn't inside thé airport. So, you need to wait for a van, but it isn't clearly indicated at the airport where is the pickup point.

Just awful ! Read the other reviews - tried to charge me €1,000 for a split tyre (which blew whilst driving endangering my family). I eventually paid €450 as I had to accept in order to make my flight home. DO NOT USE them !!

Old cars, one was damaged inside the car and no other car was free at the downtown office so we needed to drive to the airport 40 minutes each direction to get another old car with bad gear.

Avoid at all costs—these low prices come with hidden consequences. The fact that they have so many negative reviews and no response just shows how little they care for their customers. I made the mistake of booking here and will never do so again. They demanded a credit card with a €2,000 limit for a €180 rental and refused to accept my husband's card. I wasn’t given the option to purchase insurance, nor was I allowed to modify the booking. They offered no alternative solutions, leaving me without a car and €180 out of pocket. They refused to refund me, citing their own rigid policies—policies buried deep within the fine print of their terms and conditions, which no reasonable customer would be expected to dissect paragraph by paragraph. I’ve rented cars many times over the years and have never encountered anything like this. Their practices are, at best, abusive. Stick with reputable, well-known rental companies—you’ll save yourself the stress and the financial loss.

Bon et bien ça me réconforte de voir que je suis pas la seul personne à mettre fait avoir. Mais c’est sûrement la société de location de voiture la plus arnaque que j’ai connue. Mauvaise accueil, les deux filles de l’accueil sont deux jeunes qui se prennent pour des déesses et pètent plus haut que leur c*l ! Comportement inadmissible. Bref même problème que beaucoup de monde. Carte de crédit carte de débit. Voiture à 243€ semaine je finis par re payer la même chose sur place + 200€ de caution. C’est inadmissible. Bref je déconseille !

Location de voiture payée en amont pour 9 jours, 275 euros. Mon vol ayant été annulé, je n'ai pas pu venir. Je les ai immédiatement prévenu et après 4 appels et 2 mails (sans réponse) j'ai obtenu seulement 30% de remboursement. Évidemment en pleine saison il se fait aucun doute que la voiture a pu être relouée sans difficulté. Aucun geste commercial de leur part et aucun scrupule à faire payer un service qui n'a pas été utilisé.

Absolutely terrible experience with the customer service. I had my car rental canceled without any notice or explanation — no call, no email, nothing. I found out last minute and was left scrambling with no car and no help from the company. The staff was unresponsive and indifferent, acting like it was my problem, not theirs. Complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. This kind of service is unacceptable and shows zero respect for customers. I will never use this company again and strongly warn others to steer clear. Avoid at all costs!
