I've been with Vola well over a year and mainly because of the rent reporting. It's sure not for the cash advances. A year with them and I still get $20 advances (and a 5 day cool off period after it's repaid lol). So if you're looking for big cash advances, I would say this isn't the place. I'm frustrated that I'm not at least up to $50 yet. If it wasn't for the rent reporting, I'd have left a long time ago.

Guys not much to say just look at BBB website. Be cautious. I think it was a win they couldn’t use my main bank account because of an “unknown reason they couldn’t pin point”. They said most likely not enough transactions or not old enough. This was my main bank account I’ve had for over 10 years with probably a minimum of 20 transactions a month. When I added another bank account with not 10 transactions and not even that old they approved that with a loan offer of a whopping $20 but wanted me to pay for a subscription when they can’t even differentiate between a valid vs non valid bank account or offer anymore than that. Also their customer care sucks not helpful, they answer no questions, better off asking the AI in chat because that’s what your email response will be, stuff you already know but you know it’s not right so you wanted to tell a human. Still same responses. Many people have issues getting paid or canceling subscription or getting multiple charges for their subscription taken out. Look at most recent reviews not just the reviews that pop up first to make you think it’s a good app.

I decided to give this company another chance and they wanted a copy of my photo ID. Cool. I did this 2 days ago. Now they want it again. Seriously? The worst customer service. Don't waste your time with this POS

Good App Does it jobs and Free credit score builder with subscription is also good.
