Vola worked well enough....until my bank account somehow got disconnected. I have been unable to get my bank reconnected to Vola for over 10 days now. The first time resulted in a 7 day lock out that their useless support was unable fix. After the 7th day was up, I tried to connect my bank account again and was again unable to connect it, and was locked out again. This was Friday 10/2, support did not answer their phone all day and several emails went ignored. Meanwhile they charged the $24.99 tier fee without issues......go figure! They also don't work weekends so don't expect a response Saturdays or Sundays. The only response I was able to get was via a complaint I filed with BBB, in which they promised to refund the $24.99 fee and "escalate" the issues I am having. Meanwhile....I am locked out again, unable to take out another advance and out the $24.99 fee. Stay far away from this poor service. Their support, when they do answer their phones, can hardly be understood as their phones are very poor quality, and all they tell you do is email support which takes their time to respond....if they respond. I am at the point where I am going to close this account or get a lawyer or just dispute the $24.99 fee with my bank. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VOLA!
