Hey Tom, If you are trying to get the most benefit from Voke try this. Voke was formulated to work with natural daily body chemistry - so take the first tablet about 30 minutes after you wake up. That is when natural "wake up" chemicals, like cortisol, drop off. Then take a second tablet between 2 - 3:30 PM, which is when most people hit the bottom of a daily fatigue cycle. Gives a pretty good energy boost first thing in the morning. The chalk like flavour takes some getting used to. Similar texture to the flintstone vitamins I used to get as a kid. Lose the chalk like bit and 5 stars
