Product is good but delivery should take into account the current state of the USPS and aim to get the new shipment to the customer a week before they'll need it. That should give you "wiggle room" that you don't at all have now.

After reading the ingredients of your product a saw that you are using green tea leaf extract. I have been reading more and more about the use of green tea leaf extract and that it can be damaging to one’s liver.

Love the product, the packaging is terrible. It's so wasteful and redundant, and it's even worse that it seems to be plastic based. Why does a 60 tab order come in 30 small packages, inside two small boxes, inside of another box? I know they are packaged in twos for freshness, but you guys really need to come up with a more efficient and environmentally-friendly way to ship these out. Why not give people an option to decide on how they want their product packaged? I would take mine in a mason jar (and have them get a little stale) if that was an option rather than have 30 packages that go in the trash. I have been a regular voke customer for a long time, buying them in person in Bozeman in the metal tins. At least the tins were recycleable! The change to the new packaing makes me feel guilty about every purchase - guilty enough that I probably will stop buying them. And that makes me sad, because it is a great product.

Over the years we have tested a number of different packaging options including tins and more recently the sachets. We appreciate your feedback and are actively looking for compostable/recyclable sachet options to come onto the market that maintains great shelf life. We are also looking to reduce the total boxing materials used by optimizing box sizes moving forward (though we need to sell through what we have first!). It's ok. I didnt notice much difference. They taste good though. I discontinued use. They aren't worth the price voke wants to take 2 tablets per day.

I love your product but HATE your new packaging!! I have already provided feedback regarding this, and was assured that the packaging was still in development, so i waited awhile before ordering again. My last order arrived in the same bulky packaging, with the sachets inside one box, which is inside an even bigger cardboard mailing box. The same product used to arrive in my post office box in an ENVELOPE that fit right in the mailbox! I fail to see the necessity of the display box, which i have no desire to keep on my desk or in my home. Really loved those little tins- now i just refill my old ones with tabs from the 2-packs. But i wish you could mail the sachets in an envelope instead of TWO BOXES- very wasteful!! Thanks for listening.
