I've used these to replace my afternoon coffee. It works great. I don't feel any jitters like I have from drinking too much coffee. I also feel more focused throughout the day. These are also a great addition to my adventure kit. They help me stay alert on long days in the backcountry, weather I'm hiking, skiing, climbing, or boating.

It is definitely a good short term picker-upper. However, I have a difficult time with the flavor ... not exactly a piece of candy ... yucky! But, I'm going to continue its use.

Took them on our way to and from Russia. Didn't notice any change - we were exhausted and it didn't get any better.
