The tracking was horrible. Kept giving me a status of transit over and over. The item seems okay but it came with no instructions on how to use it at all so I have no idea how to use it. Why would any company send something like this with zero instructions?

Inserts worked fine, screws were to small for a normal door hinge, would have been fine for small projects. Took a VERY long time to get here, so long that I pretty much forgot I ordered them.

Communication was great, shipping very slow, no directions at all and product is just cheap plastic. Value is maybe half the cost.

Disappointed sliders were plastic in fact everything but the sharpening surface is plastic. I also thought it came with a 15°, 17° and a 20° slides. I received a 15° and two 17° slides.
