Deceptive product descriptions and photos online and awful shipping time
Shipping time was awful, around 2 weeks. Product description and photos weren’t accurate. I ordered two leather iPhone cases, one in “midnight” and one in black, and while these colors sound similar the photos on their website made them out to be two quite different colors with black being more of a charcoal gray and midnight being a very dark black. After waiting two weeks, I ended up receiving two identical cases both labeled “black” on their boxes. I tried contacting customer service thinking I’d received the wrong product but never received a response. And frankly I didn’t want to wait another 2-3 weeks by shipping back one of the phone cases and waiting for another. Lastly, while the quality of the finish on the case is very good (equivalent to an Apple brand leather iPhone cases) the fit is not. It’s concerningly loose in the top right corner due to the camera cutout, to the point that I’m worried that if I were to drop my phone the case might pop off.
