I talk to Jerry Mendoza and his supervisor, after being several payments behind on my mortgage. This was due to the unforseen medical situation that rock my life, my daughter who is 4 years old was diagnosed with Leukemia. They were very professional and showed great integrity in doing what they could do to put me back on track. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and care/concern that was given to me.
