My Vizio 42 inch smart TV is 15 months old and the pixel screen has all of a sudden stopped working. We have tried fixing it with the help of YouTube videos and nothing worked. I will NEVER buy another Vizio tv ever. Very disappointed.

Garbage. We didn't learn with our first Vizio and regrettably are learning for sure with our second one in 3 years Vizio is garbage. Staring yet again at "Smartcast is loading"the umpteeth time. We have just a few shows we enjoy when we can,huge disappointment we generally just give up with this nonsense and resist hitting it with a hammer. The first one is used as a puppy gate currently in a hallway so at least its useful on some level,just not for any entertainment.Tragic waste of time and money for us.

Not a 24”Vizeo tv for my kitchen. In pairing ATT remote could not get tv to stop losing HDMI1 connection. Spent hours on the phone with Vizeo. All technical help unable to help me. Googled problem and fixed it myself in 5 minutes. Vizeo tech is totally useless as is Best Buy and ATT Uverse

I have had 2 vizio 2.1 sound bars die after about 3 yrs of use providing tv sound. Good sound, great price and built like junk. Someone posted that the power pack is what dies. He paid $90 to repair it. The whole unit was about $160 new. I would never buy any Vizio product ever again. They should be ashamed of themselves.

My Vizio Smartcast tv is a total disappointment. It is less than one year old and I constantly have to reboot it. Now I have a constant message on the screen “SmartCast is loading. We”lol be right back”. Nothing that YouTube recommended helps. I contacted customer service and they wanted a credit card number before I even chatted with them online. WORST BRAND EVER!

Vizio tv is not worth the frustration 1. Purchased at Walmart in Dec 22, Prime video app will not work. Even Amazon cant figure it out 2 continuely have to unplug and basically reboot on a daily basis 3. Constant error messages saying I’m not connected to internet which is incorrect 4. Even with appropriate internet speeds the buffering and delays are annoying Don’t waste your money on this brand

Bought a VIZIO M65Q7 TV and after just 18 months it's turned into a brick. VIZIO customer service has you call a tech service and it's almost hilarious. Nobody monitors the voicemail box but they lie and the message says they will return calls within one business day. Try a week+ and counting. I wouldn't be surprised if the whole thing is fake. PLEASE do yourself a favor and avoid VIZIO like the plague. Lousy quality and even worse customer service. Costco should do themselves a favor and stop carrying this garbage.

We bought the vizio 24 inch a year ago and now it has lines and abstract colors on the screen it won't do anything else. We called our warranty and they sent us to vizio which vizo said we broke it and they won't cover it. The tv is in excellent condition on outside. We did not do anything to this tv. The vizio customer service is the worst ever. How do you tell a customer that they know you broke the tv , we are dumbfounded with vizio. Vizio is a awful tv and the company will not stand by the warrant or admit that their tv's are cheap. Don't buy vizio.
