Hi John, thank you for your feedback. We would never dream to deviate from our customer's requests. We have selected UPS because of the recent reports we got from customers receiving delayed packages. Our warehouse is in Brooklyn NY and with the current situation right now, plus the Easter Holiday, we find that UPS has been more efficient in picking up and delivering our locks. We've tried to reach out to you however we were not able to get connected. We wanted to send out the locks ASAP and we're sorry we had to decide prior to your approval. We tried to get in touch with you today to see how we can fix this, we were unable to connect again. We both tried the company number and your direct line. Please reach out to us so we can come up with a resolution for you.

Dear David, thank you for being our regular buyer since 2017. I hope you enjoy the 3 new locks that you bought on September 9. I am also glad that we were able to accommodate your request for free replacement of 2 locks on December 2018. As for your statement that the locks last only a year, we already recommended you to use our heavy duty locks from the new line for your application (gym). They are more expensive but designed for heavy usage.

Dear Stanley, thank you for your honest review. We feel sorry for your frustration. I have to admit that we do have some human-introduced defects. Things happen, but we have 12 months free replacement warranty. We added a couple of new lines to our catalog to accommodate the heavy-duty trafficked facilities and ADA compliant line for the one-touch opening. Our locks are used in different locations around the USA and Canada. Camco is buying the indicator locks from us because we are the only company who design, manufacture and sell Vizilok all-in-one indicator locks.

We're sorry you feel that way but as our records show that customer seems to have made a mistake in their original order by purchasing a product that did not fit their needs, while the order shipped had the items ordered. Customer also did not contact us 2 days ago, the last e-mail string I see from this customer is Jan 30, which was answered, while today is April 18. The described e-mail was left 10 minutes after this review to replace the order. We encourage customers with specific needs to ask about the product before purchase, if you are unsure of the use, or a different model might fit your needs, it's better to ask as information is free. We value all customer feedback including negative criticism. For the record, please do not leave your personal numbers on public reviews. Telemarketers, ad agencies and people with too much time on their hands want this information and your privacy is important to us.
