Hi Sandy. Thank you for your honest feedback. It is 100% normal for the agencies that post on our site to ask for your social security number for a background check, however if you prefer to send it via email or text or thru their portal, you can request to change the way you share it. Recruiters may not ask you to fill out a job application if your Vivian profile is complete since they are able to access that information when you apply to their jobs, but they may have other forms for you to fill out that's not including in your Vivian profile. Additionally, we do not support agencies posting false rates on our site- please use the “report a job” function located in your chat thread with the recruiter(s). You can also use the 'Contact Vivian' button to reach our support team and have these jobs reported.
