Very unhelpful and inconsistently…
Very unhelpful and inconsistently responsive. I can never find an assignment despite me having an extensive background and years of experience in my field. There’s always some caveat with an assignment that’s preventing me from getting and the recruiters don’t do much to help.

I have been registered for months and…
I have been registered for months and still have not been offered a phlebotomy position and the one recruiter that I did speak with was not informative or proactive on my part considering I have 17 years experience in phlebotomy and lab. She was not willing to negotiate or speak on my behalf regarding my experience. She was very dry and cut me very short and I never heard back from her or anyone from Vivian again.

Unfortunately we do not have a lot of agencies or facilities posting phlebotomist roles and these do fill quickly when they're posted.

Not impressed
Any time an agency asks for my personal information, the assignment falls though. I don't feel comfortable giving personal information out of am assignment isn't offered (i.e SSN etc). Also, when an assignment I'm interested in isn't a good match for me, your app constantly sends an alert about the same assignment that isn't for me. I feel like this app is somewhat a scam to get personal info

Hi! Thank you for your honest feedback and we sincerely apologize that our platform hasn't been serving you as we intended. The application process will vary with every agency- some agencies may ask for your SSN early on in the process to start your background check, unfortunately providing additional info not on your Vivian profile doesn't ensure that you will land the contract as the jobs get multiple applications and may be posted on other websites as well.
