App lags on postings for travel assignments
Using this app sucks because it’s posting jobs very late & when you reach out to a recruiter, the position is either not accepting anymore applicants or job is closed. Whoever is behind this needs to upgrade their system much faster & better for those of us who’s looking to make an earning.

Surgical Technologist v. Surgical Technician
Adventist health recruiter gave me a hard time regarding my job title which she claimed it to be different on my resume. Surgical technologist vs. Surgical technician. I’ve been titled both , but because of my resume stating Surgical Technologist, she stated it was for a Surgical Technician position , therefore I lost out on a job opportunity.

Decent app, buggy postings
The medical laboratory technologist field is messed up on your app. Positions like nuclear Technologist gets posted as medical laboratory scientists and Technologist positions. Wastes time for potential contracts.

3 months of Vivian and no jobs landed!
So many agents reaching out to me asking for my information when all of it is posted on Vivian. Also I have not landed a job yet since using Vivian for 3 months now, so that’s frustrating.
