Vivian HealthReviews of vivian.com

I like the new concept to help the traveler but in many ways this site needs improvement. If they could do one check on your references so they aren’t contacted by every recruiter. Also if they could have a spot for id’s like drivers license and ss card would help. Also the ability to block a recruiter who is difficult to work with

Recruiters and HR personnel are great

Easy to use. I found my first travel RN contract through Vivian.

It is a great way to find an assignment. You can shop travel agencies and get yourself the best priced package!

Great app with a lot of great opportunities. The only problem I have is going from one agency to the next, taking the same tests over and over. It'd be cool if Vivian would bank the tests (ex: Medical Surgical A). They'd have an expiration date of a year, but in that year- if I chose to work with 3 different companies- I wouldn't have to take that test 3 times. I wouldn't even be opposed to keeping my immunizations on Vivian, either. The idea is to make Vivian the one stop spot and if a nurse wants to go from agency A to B, they can do it with less effort.

There are things that could be with the navigation of the site, but it is still very user friendly. I have booked a few assignments so far and they all been through vivian.

I like the newly added feature of being able to compare offers between different companies for the same position, as well as reviews of companies by other travel nurses. I was able to find my current placement by PHP through Vivian.

Jobs are always filled already or they list fake jobs. I applied to a job the same day it was listed and the recruiter told me it had been filled and suggested some random position instead. Recruiters get your number and constantly hound you or try to trick you into applying for jobs (I applied for an ICU job and they wanted me to fill out an entire profile before telling me it was for an LTAC not a hospital ICU. Same thing happened with a peds job, they didnt want to tell me it was peds until i made a profile with them. I dont have peds experience so the job is not applicable to me!). Some recruiters ghost or ask for sketchy info - are all these recruiters even vetted as real? Recommend going through a real agency.
