We arrived Saturday the 29th for the brunch dirty dancing v greece , show was good , but toilets wjere disgusting and no loo roll so obviously not been cleaned as only just opened .. did the upgrade on the brunch to include draught beer as where not wine or cocktail drinkers .. to be then told the carling cider thats advertised as being included wasn't actually included , so I said it states there carling cider he said the website hasnt been updated , absolutely disgusting so paid a extra £20 for draught upgrade to get nothing and have to purchase drinks anyway.. its clearly false advertisement and a way to get you to bye something they clearly dont offer .. the young junior manager was absolutely useless saying it doesnt state dark berry cider, so I clearly said OK fair enough I'll have 2 pints of the carling cider thats advertised as being included his reply I can't as we only do the dark fruits one .. im like do you hear yourself .. you advertise carling cider then say we dont do carling cider absolute shambles .. this alone has put me off returning

Shambolic from start to finish. Booked x4 tickets (on a table of x8)... arrived to find table only set up for x6 people (and x4 already seated so not enough room for us all)..... we were moved to a table with limited view only to be asked to move as other people were booked on the alternative table we were moved to...... then x3 males came on stage who were NOT the show we booked for (so no prior communication that the original show was cancelled and no announcement at the beginning of the night)..... poorly trained very slow bar staff and one very rude staff member

I booked SIX tickets for the Soul and Motown show on the 3 October, I traveled up from London with my terminally ill mother as this was her ‘last’ holiday. The tickets said the show started at 8.30pm. We even got a reminder email informing us that the show started at 8.30pm. When we arrived at Viva, we were told that we had missed the first half of the show as it started at 7.30pm. The person on the door told us to complain to the agent. Well I have sent three emails and no reply. The show itself was good but we only got to see half of it. Deeply deeply disappointed, this is false advertising and no one is replying to my emails.

Absolutely disgusting the way it have been treated. Booked tickets for a show on 3rd Oct booked a hotel and food and drinks during the show. Today I was notified that the show has been cancelled and rescheduled for 29th December, this is not the first time I have seen this show been cancelled. I cannot make the rescheduled dates so I requested a refund as I am a 3 hour drive away. I was told I couldn't have a refund and only have a credit note!! What good is that to me, i booked this show as a birthday gift for my sister who really wanted to see these artists. Surely I have a right to a refund for services/goods i haven't received. I am out of pocket due to the hotel cost too. Really really unhappy and the customer service is just awful very rude.
