Ordered months ago, my ramen still hasn't shipped. Their order status page shows that the only orders this year that have been shipped out/completed were placed on or before 6 months ago. Their website says that orders take a month to prepare. I thought that was an ok lead time, so I placed 2 orders a month apart so I could start a trend. Well, after a month went by, I opted to wait and not make another purchase because my first one hadn't shipped. I'm glad I waited! I'm not placing another order. I'm out 120 bucks with no ramen. No reviews I read mentioned this shipping hell. Buyer beware. I see no way to get a refund.

More of a scam than a business, with delays leading up to more than a year and communication similar to talking to cavemen.

Customer service is disrespectful and useless

Ordered twice with them once in early june 2024 and in september 2025. We are now in june 2026 and still haven't received my order despite the september one being advertised as "already in the warehouse and ready to ship". Contacted their support mutliple times and while I always got an answer back fairly quicky they always had an excuse to give me. Weirdly enough these compagny wide issues they were talking about were never mentionned in any of their news letters despite them admitting multiple times to delays. Either be totally transparent or not ? Like someone else said: At what point does a legitimate compagny becomes a scam ? While I want to believe in Viteramen and that they truly have to handle all those delays I still cannot recommend them to anyone until they fix whatever is wrong with them.

Then when it finally arrived, I didn't even receive what I pre-ordered. They can't just pull the bait and switch and not tell anyone. I hope this review informs your decision to NEVER trust their collabs. There are MUCH more reliable ways to support your favorite vtuber than to pay another dime to this company. Unbelievable they are still allowed to operate. This is clearly a scam, where money keeps coming in from new orders that will never be delivered. Meanwhile, they continue advertising and selling new products as if nothing is wrong, while constantly pushing delivery dates further and further back. Avoid at all costs.

Months of waiting… reached out, they responded to my email within an hour and told me they could swap my ramen because the type I ordered was “expired” and no longer produced. I just asked for a refund instead and have not heard anything since. After numerous emails they simply no longer respond after hearing the word refund.

A what point does a legit company become a scam? Vite Ramen used to make a great product that at times I consumed every day. It’s March 2026 and I’m still waiting on my ramen order from June 2025. If they bother responding to you they’ll lie and say it’s coming next month. Hey Tim, if you’re reading this have some integrity and offer refunds. And stop taking orders for a product you can’t deliver. And stop insulting us with your constant marketing emails.
