Great product and shops pretty fast .. wish it was a little cheaper when you get to higher dowses.. but overall good

Update: I finally got a hold of someone. He was very kind and helpful. My order was canceled by them since the shipping label was not correct. They sent out a new order. Obviously, I have not received my shipment yet but I am cautiously optimistic! So happy I got to talk to someone!I I am so frustrated with this company. I have sent seven emails with no response back. I did check to make sure that I was sending the email to the correct address and I was. I even tried responding to the original order email. My order was canceled by the sender today and I am not sure why. The money has already been taken out of my account. It was not refunded and I’m not sure if it will be as I can’t get a hold of anybody. I tried to call and got no one. Has anybody else had an experience like this? What do I do?

My order took over a 10 business days to arrive, after I emailed them I received my order in 2 days.

Read the agreement. Read the refund policy. Watch the instruction videos. Look over a ton of reviews. The vast majority of the one and two-star reviews were complaints from people who did not do the above things. The majority of the complaints were either late or no response. So, this is an anecdotal account from someone who does research and enjoys facts. I had a question that was sent to the company at 8:00 pm. I received an answer the next morning. After purchasing the subscription, I found out my insurance would cover a different product through my doctor's office. I sent an email with the required information for a cancelation of the subscription and received confirmation less than an hour later.

Love your product and the fast and professional delivery, but communication is impossible.
