My RX arrived damaged from shipping. One of the cooling packs had opened and my RX was covered in a slimy liquid. The company would not replace it or refund my money. Instead, they advised it was safe to still use.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They did not communicate at all, despite multiple email attempts on my part. My order was never shipped, and I ultimately had to file a dispute with my credit card company just to recover my money. Their customer service and policies are extremely poor, and based on my experience, I strongly recommend looking at other providers instead.

This place is a scam. I strongly advise caution with VITAstir®.After ordering a specific injection that was suitable for my health needs, I was shocked to find the company tried to substitute it with something risky for my health profile even after communicating it to the company. The medication I ordered could not be shipped to my state and there was no indication of this until AFTER I ordered it. They tried to send this medication that I did not order even after I indicated it was not what I wanted and that it is harmful to my health They are money hungry and trying to sell injections regardless of patient health needs and intentions. If a medication is risky to a cli to a patient and they didn't want the medication, it should be refunded. It's that simple. Just because they can't sell the medication that the patient wanted into their state.

it started out great but i just got my shipment for this month. the vial is only halfway filled. i paid for 1ml which should be 4 injections of .25 i wrote them and they tell me that the bottle is a 2 ml bottle and that is why it is half way filled! EVEN THOUGH IT IS THE SAME EXACT BOTTLE AS LAST MONTH AND EVEN THOUGH I SENT PHOTOS OF THE VIAL LABEL SAYING 1 ML AND THE PERSCRIPTION LABEL SAYING 1 ML, I AM SUPPOSSED TO BELIEVE THAT IT A 2 ML BOTTLE!!!!!!!!!!!

Steer clear of this company when it comes to your weight loss medication’s. I tried both and neither are as potent as my previous providers prescription. They seem seriously watered down. Do not waste your money. Yes I was at the highest dose. Oh and they really tried to flag my HONEST REVIEW. Nice try
