The product seems to work but no dr consultation for questions. I have emailed several times with no response.

I thought the process to order was easy ; however, I never received any confirmation of shipping and had to inquire three times before I could get an answer as to why. Turns out the physician had denied my order. I wish someone would have called or emailed me at that time rather than me have the contact them after waiting over a week. I received a full refund promptly though.

I am rating them a 3 because I am hoping that they will take care of my issue. On the first month of using semaglutide, I ran out of product after only 3 weeks, in spite of the fact that I followed the dosing exactly. My med school daughter, EMT, and nurse practitioner is who measures and fills our shots, so I am ruling out "user error". I was only able to get 23 ml of product out for week three, leaving a completely empty bottle, and nothing for week 4 (dose is 25ml per week). I have reached out, but after reading the negative reviews, I am concerned that they will not make it right. I will update this if they do actually take care of me. I have been an in-office injection customer of Vitastir for several years, and trust that they are an ethical company. I was shocked when this happened. I have spent many years of my career in the pharmaceutical space, and this is not a common issue. It is very rare. I have already ordered my 2nd month refill, and I hope that there will be enough in that one to be accurate for my dosing schedule. I really don't want to use the 2nd prescription as my 4th dose of month one, as then I will be short in month two, etc. I remain hopeful that they will come up with a workable solution of either providing me additional product or a recommendation on future dosing and a refund for the missing amount.

Normally I don’t rate with stars but I had to make an exception to my “rule “. I am not satisfied with the product because it is not doing what it said it would. I have given myself 2 shots and have not seen any weight loss and all. I’m actually going to see if I can return the 2nd vial for a full refund. Wish me luck 😊

Delivery went well. I found it difficult to determine amount of rx. in syringe. I don't think l received enough rx for 4 injections, only 3.

I am seeing no difference in taking the Semaglutide/B12, does not control my appetite. I truly believe I just received B12 in the vial.

The products are good, the shipping is fast. My issue is that I was locked into a higher price ($900/month) and when the product was discounted (to $500/month) I was not able to get the lower price because I joined at the $900/month price point. $400 is a big difference. I canceled my subscription and intend to shop around.
