I have been using the product for 4 months and have only lost 17 pounds. The product is to expensive.I think only losing a pound a week is to slow and not worth the cost

The product is always delivered as promised and it works! I have lost 46 pounds in 8 months-20 more to go.

Pleased with the product once it arrives, but customer service should improve. Customers can’t call & sometimes emails are returned days late.

Seems the formula has changed from when I first started this a year ago I started it and it was working great lost the weight then had to go back on when the weight came back now I’m saying these shots are not having any affects on me now. Same with my friend.

They are not providing to my claim actual Tirzepitide- it is a coumpound- you might as well go to the Lilly website to read how they do not allow pharmacies their ONLY COMPOUND comes from the manufacturer- You may be getting a GLP1 drugs but it aint that one! I lost NO WEight in 4 months- NONE on Vitastir- after losing 30 over the summer on ZEPBOUN.D- so the vitamins and whatever else is in this compound was great- Very expensively taking avantage of Americans- Just make your own decision- great customer service in my opinion

Good part: The meds were easy to get and are doing what they need to do. Bad part: On the 4th week I didn’t have enough of the meds for a full dose. It seems like it will happen again this month. I am measuring accurately

I received my first months shot in a very timely manner. I didnt loose any weight nor inches and the price went up substantially when looking at the second months dose. I had no appetite suppression and experienced no side effects, good or bad. Just couldn’t see paying even more for month #2 when i had absolutely no results with the first month dose.

It was pretty easy to order my first month of Tirzepatide. I understand about filing out the form so that their doctor can determine whether it is safe for each individual. It was delivered quick after they completed reviewing the order and form. That was the good. The bad, or not so good. Contacting via email, is a bit slow. I understand that their hours are very limited, and I guess when they are in office working, they are bombarded with all the emails and orders they have reply to and fulfill. I wish that the injections came in the prefilled syringe like Ozempic comes where you can adjust the dosage just by turning it to the specific dosage. The reorder process is unfortunately exactly the same as the first time you order. You have to fill out the form again. I was also trying to take advantage of the black Friday special they had, but was confused if it was only for new customers or existing ones also. There was nothing I could find on the website and I tried emailing them several times and still haven't received an answer.
