What happened to customer service? I have sent two e-mails and a nurse chat request with no response. My last monthly dosage was 40u short and my husband's 25u short. Very disappointed as I have referred to several friends. This is my last order.

Zero contact ! Order came perfect. I have a question about reorder. 3 emails and 3 chats…. Nothing. Also, no portal to log into. Frustrating and poor service. Update: They called !!!!! Yay !!!

So far I've waited a week for my meds.... I've sent 2 emails & no response. Most companies ship these meds in less than 3 days. There's no point in paying $22 overnight shipping if they take a week to ship in the first place.

Hey, Tiffany. FEDEX was not allowing us to ship to Florida because of the hurricane. Your package should be shipped out today or tomorrow! We have fixed your address as well, as per your email request.

I made a purchase I’ve sent several emails trying to get a question I had answered and no one has responded to me yet so I’m a little concerned who is supposedly the doctor reviewing the information that you submit but yet no one responds to your emails and the phone line is always busy and states to send an email which no one responds.
