Its hard to contact the company. I expressed concern, again and received no response. They are quick to take your money though. Ive been gaining weight and am unsure about the medication, but they just continue to charge and be nonresponsive to my concern.

The provider never reviewed my information. I was already taking semaglutide for a month and required a higher dose for weight loss.

Products and shipping are great, customer service in terms of response to inquiry is not good. I have been trying to manage my account and can’t get a response.

very hard to get a response from this company. 10 days after ordering the medicine, it had not been sent yet. I was going on vacation and told them that It had to be sent or had to be held. They sent it. I received one vial. It is supposed to be used for a month and in the past I have received two vials. I cannot reach anyone to question anyone about whether or not one vial is missing. They don’t answer their phone and they also don’t answer their emails. I am at a loss. In the future, I will have to deal with another company. I recommend dealing with a more responsive company. If you have questions, you want somebody to answer the phone. You also want somebody to respond to emails same day.

I dont feel any different taking these shots and this is my second month . I am down 12 pounds from my start of 303.

There is more glycerin and B12 in the Semaglutide than anything. I have used another company and got way better results.

Website doesn’t say they don’t ship Tirzepatide to CA even though I had 2 successful shipments previously. So-called physician review doesn't catch a mistake and I get charged $99 for Vitastir’s error. Bait and switch!

I agree with the other comments—zero customer service. I have had to go through my credit card company more than once to get them to reply. Then for a month, all is going well, and suddenly; nothing again. So if your billing department was please do a little research they would see this. Also, the second attachment shows that I have already been charged for this current order. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to clear this up. I can't attach the credit card summary showing that the issue was resolved in October. Also, they had already charged me for this Feb. transaction.
