These people are scammers. I paid $570 for vitamin b and vitamin d and never received them. It's been over a month. The company acknowledges receipt of my payment and refuses to give a refund or the item I paid for. I've had to file complaints with consumer protection agencies, the attorney general's office and will probably have to file a lawsuit. It is not worth this much stress. Just find another company.

I used their compounded meds for one month after using the real thing. I honestly think it is watered down. It was completely ineffective. Save your money. Look elsewhere. Also note that they are the same company as citizen meds but they don’t advertise this!

If I could give them zero stars I would! Horrible customer service experience. Nobody answers the phones. Nobody responded to my emails requesting cancellation. I placed an order, then realized shortly thereafter that the shipment would come when we are gone on vacation. I immediately emailed to request cancellation. I placed several phone calls, which were not returned by anyone. I sent several emails to request cancellation, none were returned. I also started the chat with a nurse feature, which they suggest, two times, and was never replied to. Finally today someone emailed me at 2 AM to say the order could not be canceled. At 7 AM I received a shipping notification. Clearly they could have canceled the order since it had not been shipped yet. This is a complete scam!

Julie, Upon checking, we have been answering your emails within 24 hours and your medication went out immediately. You requested cancellation once your order was already shipped. As per our policy, once the order is shipped, there is nothing we can do.

No problem with fast shipping or product but I checked the box that said one time purchase and 3 weeks later, I received an email that another bottle was being sent. Before they shipped it, I contacted them that I didn't want it and they sent it anyway. Customer service was not only very rude but unprofessional and refused to split the cost with me, which would have been a fair compromise.

The lack of communication is mind boggling. Do not trust this company. All I wanted was vitamins and got the run around once I submitted payment.

paid for a full amount, shipped 1/4 of what was paid for. cannot get a hold of anyone. feels like i have been scammed.

They keep replying to my reviews saying they are the cheapest in the market, I can easily debunk the statements. :)
