I purchased product online from this company. On their website it advertised “overnight shipping” after not hearing from them for a few days, no confirmation email or any sort of contact I looked up reviews from them and found a lot of bad stuff so understandably I asked them to cancel my order and refund me. I have asked this 3 times and they refused. First they just wrote back a condescending email, the second time they tried to charge me a $99 cancellation fee and after the third time they have decided to just process my order and completely ignore my request to cancel. The product cost me $749! I don’t need it any more as when I first cancelled I ordered from a different company! I also question the authenticity of the product as so many reviews state the product is faulty so I can’t use it anyway!! Customer service is disgusting

We apologize for your bad experience. It is written in our Terms of Conditions - if a physician has already gone over & approved your medical chart, and then you decide to cancel, there is a $99 Physician Fee. If you have any other concerns, please don't hesitate to email us at [email protected]
