I’ve been taking GLP1 with Vitastir for about 3 months. I’ve lost a total of 18 pounds. For me it worked well when I went up in dose to 5mg it’s where my weight started to fall off. You will not get hungry or think of food. Only thing for me is that I don’t get energy. I walk 3 miles a day and do no weights. Eat only when hungry sometimes I have to force myself. Other then that this product is amazing and will continue using This company till my last breaths thank you Vitastir for making me healthy again
