The tirzepatide is weak and they don’t fill the bottles for the correct dose for all 4 weeks. Wish I would have read the reviews before using this company and seen other people having same issue. My husband had the same issue with dosage.

I got my first month of semagltide, lost 9 pounds, but my second month is MIA. I’m in the autopay program, and I was assured it would arrive right in time for my next dose. It did not arrive, and it’s been three days since I was supposed to take it. I’m terrified I’ll lose any progress I’ve made and regain the weight back. I’ve emailed them 6 times, was unable to reach an human in the phone, and their live chat has been unavailable for days. This is incredibly frustrating and im pissed off the say the least. They charged my bank account, but I received no meds. Wtaf??!!!!

I have emailed twice about my subscription and no one has contacted me. Terrible customer service.

I had no problem getting my product in a timely manner. The ONLY issue I had was that I felt that the product semaglutide compound/ B12 didn't work. I've taken semaglutide compound before and never has the medication been red colored or pink. It has always been clear.

You gave me the wrong dose. I asked you to contact me you didn’t

This company apologizes and does nothing! They always try and throw the blame back on you. They're also awful at responding to emails until you review them. Save your money in my opinion.

On my 4th week of semaglutide injection and I lost absolutely nothing. It didn't curb my appetite at all which is the whole point of the injection

1) Coupon code did not work 2) No response to email which is suggested as the fastest way to get a response 3) Called and was told a manager would call me back same day. That hasn’t happened.
