Hussain Was a customer service representative that helped me he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He reassured me that he had me taken care of and that I didn’t have to worry about it, which is such a huge relief when all I do is worry about other people‘s needs all day. It was refreshing to have somebody actually willing to go the extra mile to help out!

Outstanding customer service! You know when you start an online chat and you are just hoping it’s not a “bot”? LOL! Well I was having trouble ordering (turns out I had missed a section) and Elizabeth was definitely not a bot - walked me through step by step, answered more product questions along the way, and stayed with me until I had completed the transaction successfully.
