Reached out to cancel subscription because the product wasn’t working. They tried to tell me I needed to give it 6 months and processed another order after my email.

This company had an F rating and they are horrible with customer service and refusing to make things right.

I used this company for 2 months and have sent 5 emails to cancel the service because the phone number they provide tells you to use their email system. As of this writing, they still have not responded to my emails and they charged my card again. They make it extremely difficult to connect with a person on purpose. I finally had to call my bank to block this company from taking money out of my account. Don’t do it.

My first vial had 7.5 ml ( 3 weeks supply at 2.5 dose) at the time I thought maybe I forgot to write down the first injection so maybe my mistake, now I know different). I had to phone and place the next order ( I selected continuous auto ship, which interrupted for a few weeks my plan. I waited weeks for it to arrive. When I got the 2 vials it was obvious they had been tampered with. Top had just a sticker that was falling off, top of one had the pink product on the outside, each vial 1/2 other 1/4 full. I did not use these as not taking chances with injectables. I have phoned and written emails ( 21 in all) and received no reply. Finally I cancelled the payment with my credit card. Still no response. ZERO customer service. Someone their end is stealing the product in my opinion. Last email and call with photos of tampered vials I offered to send the whole package back if they give me an address and contact person. Again NO response!. Very disappointed, I was excited to try other products they say they have. First month wasted money time and effort due to above. Great internet advertising. Zero customer service. Bad tampered with product. AVOID using this company.

The first order arrived quickly and was great. They did send the wrong product and told me that b12 can’t be sent into my state which is untrue because I’ve gotten it from out of state pharmacies regularly. I placed two separate orders and they told me the second one wouldn’t ship for a month because of expiration dates. I’ve yet to receive it. Every time I email they tell me that it’s shipped or completely answer a question I didn’t ask to avoid the one I did. So they took hundreds of my dollars and I have no product!

I bought $599 ( 6 months) what did I get ? One vile 1/4 full , 5 syringes, and alcohol wipes! And yes , they said it's $599 worth. Beware! And I have been in contact with their customer service by email. It was this company! I still have the box and it was $621 with tax on credit card

I've emailed this company 4 different times as well as left a voicemail. The kit is ordered is back ordered; after I received an email it shipped, not 2 minutes later it said the medication wasn't available. That was 6 days ago and I've been trying to get it refunded ever since. Especially being it's only 50.00 more down the street at a medical spa. I will never utilize this company again

The tirzepatide had no effect and I suspect it contained no active ingredients. Many back and forth emails and their support was slow or non-responsive at all. There are plenty of other reputable providers out there that actually include the active ingredients.
