7 month up date . Great results. Im at my steady weight of 144-148lbs weight. Only did month 6 once and was able to go back on Trizepatide month 4 for two months considering I skipped month 3. My goal weight is 130-140lbs. My start weight was 197lbs. Great product very very minimal exercise due to wanted to track progress without the gym and already had a year old plan mommy makeover.
