I've used one of their products for several months now. They have great follow-through on timely shipments as well as follow up when I had questions. Sometimes it takes a bit to get a 'real person' on the phone but when connected, the interaction has always been very agreeable in terms of the solution(s) offered. Their packaging is outstanding. Would highly recommend.
