Package arrived with ice bag totally melted and medication exposed to the heat. I sent messages right away to the pharmacy, called leave a voicemail and no answer from them. This is the 2nd dose I ordered, but never had get any communication with “health staff behind this company”. Biggest concern is safety and effectiveness of the 2nd dose medication shipped by the pharmacy without assure safe temperatures during shipping and handling.The worst is the lack of communication and missing accountability with a medication that cost almost $300.

They are not legitimate . Once you pay, they never respond.Product does not work as other companies . I also received the wrong Product!!!! ZERO INSTRUCTIONS OR SYRINGES like wow. They are rude and again 10-15 emails pleading for instructions, specifically since there is an expiration date and need to start, they literally ignore you. Their phone number on file is also not valid never a response.It is scary how they get away with it. They say 48 hour response it is close to 2 weeks. They have thousands of bad reviews and zero BBB for failure to assist customers

Fed Ex delivered to wrong address, not Vitastirs fault, but what is their fault is the lack of communication to resolve my issue. I made 3 calls and 3 e-mails with ZERO response. I had to call and make a credit card claim instead of this company actually doing the right thing and resending my order or refunding my money. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Do better for your customers Vitastir!

I loved them at first. Until I signed up for the subscription. They tried to charge me a week early. This is after the first subscription month arrived late. Does not respond timely to emails and then the responses lack detail or direct answers. Thought they would be good at first. Terrible customer service

If I could give them a lower rating I would. I placed an order with them online and after several days of zero contact and zero response I went back into their system and canceled my order. Because I wanted to be sure that they received my communication I also sent an email to their customer service team letting them know that I had heard nothing and expected to at least communicate with medical professional. Because of this I was canceling my order. I heard nothing back so I called and they did not answer the phone. By the end of the week I had received a notification that my shipment was on the way. It was very confused. This time when I called customer service, after sending a very confused and concerned email, they answered. It was a very brief very disconcerting and rude conversation on the part of the customer service person. She didn't care what I had to say she in fact told me she didn't want to hear it and they don't issue refunds and too bad so sad. To my surprise I received a response to my email that day stating I had already canceled the order and was not interested in doing business with them with the same message I got on the phone from the customer service rep. It was fascinating to me that they actually got the message and that they responded. Apparently it's only when money is in question that they communicate. I took two actions I disputed through my credit card and I contacted the Health Board. You cannot prescribe medications without a physician or PA approval. Since I had requested a physician or PA contact me and no one did they had no business trying to send me medication. In a matter of weeks my request to have the refund was denied due to their policy that they do not refund. I emailed them again and said okay it looks like you're keeping my over $500 which is a lot of money so why don't you send me the product that I originally ordered because I certainly hadn't received anything. They stayed on brand and did not even acknowledge or respond to my email. Here is what I know as fact about this company based on my interaction. They do not care about your health and well-being. There are only interested in your money. They are unethical and I hope that the Health Board shuts them down. At the very least I hope they fail abysmally because they deserve nothing less. Do not do business with this company and if you do be aware that it's all about them and not about you. 4 30 2025 I am responding to their response to my post. I asked via three methods, email, phone, and online for a consultation. You ignored me. This isn't about the physician, it's about ME! My health and well-being. I have tried repeatedly to communicate with you before and after the cancellation. You ignore me. Do you think I like losing over $500? I tried many times but nothing. I am sorry, but actions speak louder than words. Your actions clearly indicate you don't care about your patients once you have money in hand. The fact that you have 14% one star reviews is indicative of that. I asked you to help me work things out and you left me no choice but to share my experience in hopes that others aren't taken advantage of.

This company's customer service is among the worst I've seen. They don't refund when you make a mistake in ordering until you plead and beg and write bad reviews. You cannot make an account on their site so you cannot track anything. They make you email a customer service "center" that rarely responds. They post a phone number but no one answers. With so many bad reviews and my own experience, run from this company. There are plenty of other companies that sell the same products and are legit, allowing customers to make accounts, get refunds when warranted, and not be forced into a subscription, sometimes unknowingly.

1. They said they would charge one thing and then they charged twice as much. 2. I canceled my order only to learn that I had a sub subscription. I had never signed up for a subscription so I canceled that as well. 3. Three weeks later, I got billed again Only this time almost 3 times what I was originally quoted. I went to my bank and filed fraud charges And got my money back. The other thing I wondered about is whether or not what they sent me was actually glutathione I had heard other people online say that they had theirs tested, and it wasn’t actually glutathione.

This company failed to let me know that they were no longer able to ship tirzepatide to Oklahoma. I had to call in for them to tell me! If you’re ok with lackluster customer service and delayed email responses I suppose the cost is worth it.
