shipment delayed without communication- still waiting day 23
Company has a posted ship policy stating orders will be shipped 1-2 days, if items are not in stock they are deleted from order. After twenty days I emailed and called to find out where my order was. Response was that item was back ordered and my order was going out that day. It is day 23 and still no package. Totally unacceptable service and communication.

We carry around 40K items, we can't stock everything in our warehouse. If the item is sold out, we need to order from the manufacturer. We will inform customer the estimate delivery time by email. Sometime for the high demand product, manufacture will make production and delay the ETA date. We will inform customer if we have any update ETA from the manufacturer.
