Dear customer: We are sorry that your order was delayed due to the National Memorial holiday, and we were a little behind on preparing some of the foreign custom paper works after we came back from the holidays. Your order was processed on Friday and shipped on Monday. We normally should only take 1-2 business days to process most of the orders, but unfortunately we took 3-4 days this time (after the holidays). We will make sure to improve our processing time on international orders. As soon as we noticed that you put a stop payment on your order, we had contacted our carrier and have them stopped the shipment right away. We are waiting for the results from paypal before we can release the package again. Please let us know if you wish to get your money back or continue with the shipment. If you wish to continue with the shipment, please close the dispute with paypal, then we will have the package shipped out again right away. Otherwise, you may contact paypal to refund the money back. We are truly sorry about any inconveniences. We will improve our shipping time for international orders. Thank you. Customer services

Your order was sent on 3/21 by DHL, the tracking information shows the package arrived in India on 3/24. Because customs randomly check the shipments, you shipment is still held in India Customs. If customs request any information from recipient, they will contact customer directly. As our store's policy, "we kindly suggest customer to make sure the items can be imported to your country prior to ordering." We usually take 2 business days to process the order, if the item is sold out, we need to transfer from our east coast warehouse or order from the manufacturer. Orders usually take 2 business days to process plus the 2-4 weeks to be delivered internationally. Sometime it will take more longer if the customs randomly investigate shipments.
