I was pleasantly surprised to receive extraordinary customer service. Upon placing the order I received a confirmation email with tracking information. After a couple days I was still unable to track the package. I emailed the company to request status. A response was received a few hours later advising the time frame for the shipment. My tracking information was updated and I received my package a few days later. Extremely pleased with the customer service.

Do Not buy anything from this company. I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed my order...shame on me. I can't believe this company is still in business after reading the reviews and having my own experience on top of that. Below, you can read for yourself what happened to me. I gave them a second chance to honor their error, but they refused and said they would refund my money withing 24-48 hours. I am a first-time buyer from this company and had not read any negative reviews before going to this site to leave the feedback. I was surprised that there has been so much discontent. My supplement (from Integrative therapeutics) was a bit delayed on its way, true, but right now it is Covid-19 time so I am not going to hold it against them. The supplement is in perfect shape and I have already ordered some more of the same. I hope that everything I order would continue to be great. So far, I have nothing to complain about, and, therefore, give them 5 stars.

I purchased a Metagenics product from this company and it turned out to be rancid. I then discovered they are not an authorized retailer of Metagenics. They offered a partial refund if I returned the unopened product which I did. I never received a refund and they never responded to my emails. They have an F grade on the BBB site.
