VitaminsforusReviews of vitaminsforus.com

I do a lot of online ordering but never have I received a package as quickly as I did with Vitamins for us!!!!! I am very very pleased with their product and extremely pleased with their service. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Best company because of great selection, discounts, and quick shipping.

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel very taken advantage of by this company, and hope to spare others from the same encounter. I ordered probiotics, 4 bottles which cost over $100. The shipment was delayed because they said they were concerned about the heat wave we were having, that these need to be refrigerated. Manufacturer just says cool dry place, but okay. So I purchased one bottle from another source which got to me right away and in perfect condition. When the shipment from Vitaminsforus arrived it was a soggy mess with the melted cold packs, etc. Since the bottles were sealed I didn't pay much attention and threw away the soggy packing, stored the four bottles in my bathroom cabinet. When I ran out of the bottle I purchased from the other source, I finally opened the bottles and discovered the majority were damaged and melted. I brought this to the attention of Vitaminsforus and they said it was because I didn't refrigerate them when they arrived. This is really not possible. I suspect it might have something to do with the leaking cold packs, or perhaps they were overheated in the shipping process. I've been using this product for a long time and always store them in my medicine cabinet, in my air conditioned condominium, without incident. I've never seen anything like what I saw when I opened these bottles from Vitaminsforus. I wish I could show you a picture of the worst bottle: inside is a blob of something completely unusable. You can't even tell that there were 30 capsules in the bottle! All they Vitaminsforus would do for me is give me a slight discount on my next purchase. I chose not to risk losing any more money to this company. This is really very poor business practice and I will never purchase anything from them again.

I did a google search to try to find the best price for my prenatals and came across vitaminsforus.com They had a price better than everything else I could find and I am pleased with my vitamins. I was also happy that shipping was free. After my purchase I was also send a promocode to use for my next purchases that never expires. I am very happy with my experience

My order was mishandled by the Post Office. They were very responsive and sent the replacement, right away. I will absolutely order from them, again

Recently received my third order from V.F.U. They have shipped on time, have been responsive to a couple of emails I sent, and one other Attaboy. In February when I received my order they enclosed a coupon for future discounts of 20% on certain products including the product I purchase from them. When I ordered in August I had forgotten about the coupon until another one was enclosed with that shipment. I emailed them telling my forgetful story asking them to give me the discount and save it as a credit for future purchases. They did better, they gave me a refund on my credit card. If you're not using them, you should give them a chance.

I ordered from vitamins for us after having a bad experience with another on-line store. The order went flawlessly. I received email confirmation of order, email confirmation when shipped with tracking that worked. Received promptly with no problems. Most bad reviews that I read we're from at least a couple of years ago. It's seems to me they have straightened things out. I shall order again.

Have a great assortment of products, especially Metagenics Ultra meal which I highly recommend. Quick and fast shipping. Highly recommend Vitaminsforus
