I have not received my order.

The USPS is the worst. I placed my order August 23 today is September 2. My order went from Washington St to NC then to Florida then back to NC and now back to multiple places in Florida. Why it went back to NC again is a mystery. If it arrives in one piece today I will be surprised. I know it was sent at no charge but this is ridiculous. I’ve been a long time customer but I’m looking for alternatives for my ordering.

I made the order July 24. Did not receive vitamins on Aug. 7

I never received my products

Awful experience. Their website autofilled my delivery address - which was from a previous order long ago - they delivered to the old address. The customer service MANAGER refused to re-deliver and/or reimburse me. I'm a disabled senior and have limited mobility and they didn't care at all. Horrible customer service and very bad business practice. I would never recommend them. Everything they carry can be purchased ELSEWHERE - that is my recommendation. 👎👎👎👎👎

I ordered 3 boxes of jasmine tea. Paid shipping. Received one. Three Weeks have passed ,since the single box came (and that took a week) I received an email today will refund me for 2 boxes . No reason, no explanation of why they never came They shouldnt be taking orders for items they dont have.. this was my first time ordering from them. Will be my last!!!

I would leave a zero if I could. I ordered shampoo, conditioner and a body wash. When it was delivered only the conditioner still had product left in it. The other were empty and had leaked all over the box. They will only give me a return with a picture of the products and the box. I had already thrown them out. I have ordered products like this before from other companies and never had a problem with leaking nor was I required to send a photo to get my money back. Terrible company to assume the worst of people and screw me out of my money
