Fast shipment. Package received with correct contents. Very good packaging. Very satisfactory transaction.

Quick turn around for order confirmation and shipping thanks

I've been showing at VDC for years. Unfortunately, the Temple Terrace store was closed. I really miss not being able to go into the store and getting excellent advise from Sofia. I now shop on line. Luckily, Sofia is at their corporate office and I can contact her by phone. The website is easy to use and delivery is super quick.

Items were exactly as presented and shipped timely.

Helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly staff. Hard to get products are available and the staff is willing to search to find them for you.

If I could I would give them negative 5 stars. They charged me for 3 items and only shipped 2. I have contacted them at least 4 times and they have not responded. I will never do business with them again. Companies like this one whine about the big companies taking business from them but do nothing to give good customer service to retain customers. I recommend that you don't place even one order with them - I believe they will eventually rip you off.

Product is good, process is good, but takes a few more days to receive but all else is good. Thanks

My order was delivered very timely, exactly what I ordered, packaged very well. I could not be happier with my experience with them.
