Every time I order the shipping time gets longer and longer. It seems as though I get punished for not paying for express delivery.

delay with no explanation, had to call to find out about the problems. explained that i coud get all this frm AMAZON but that this is a local company and that i prefer to support you rather than amazon. your defense is and should be customer service enad communication.

The web site does not recognize my rewards account and would not allow me to assign a new password. After repeatedly requesting help from the company, no one has helped me. I would like to take advantage of all of my purchases to accrue points toward my future purchases. VDC's products and shipping are good.

Ok I just ordered my first product and can't really give alot of stars yet but the way it's fpi ng right now is making me nervious.It says free shipping and RECIEVE item in 3 to 5 days.Also if you submit order before noon it ships that day.Well I sent a dozeñ emails and got no response.Got no notice my item was shipped yet and no tracking info.I was with another place and started same way and hope this isn't the same.I tried calling got voicemail. I may have to find someone else if I don't hear or see my order soon.I need my supplements I am out but right now I am in the dark.They seem to have a good eating but you should confirm the order has been shipped and also 3 to 5 days is drawing near.We will see if I can give a better rating later.But it looks slim
