If I could give less than 1 star I would. Placed an order and paid $153 on January 7th. It did not ship until January 16th but I still have not received the order. Tracking indicates it has been stuck with USPS since January 23rd. Tried to contact their support for help in getting the order delivered and got crickets. It appears I am out $153. NO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY!!!!!

I didn’t mean to order and accidentally hit the wrong button and emailed the company requesting to cancel the order right after I realized what I had done.

I have used this product for 3 months and I definitely see less hair loss and I see new hair growth. My hair also looks healthier. I tried biotin and vitamin C but didn’t notice any difference. I’m impressed with this product.

I’m posting a follow up review just to let everyone know how amazing this product has been for my wife. Like they say on the website consistency is the key. Continuing to use the hair complex over time. My wife’s hair was thining badly and she was almost bald on her crown. At this point her crown has been completely covered with new hair growth. So the bald spot is gone and now the hair is in thickening mode and that area is filling in very nicely. New hair growth all along her hair line and her hair is growing all around. We’re just really pleased and will continue to use the hair complex. If you are having trouble I implore you to give the Vital Hair complex a try. It’s been game changing for us.

Check the BBB list for complaints before you order from here. I wish I would have done that first. I ordered and paid on 12/31 and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times with no response. Company is a scam and I have filed a complaint with BBB. ***UPDATE Costumer support finally contacted me after I filed a complaint with the BBB. They said my order would ship in 3 days and I would receive a 30% discount. It’s been a week and neither of those have happened. They are taking money for orders they can’t fill. This is fraud and a scam.

I did not order this product. My hair and nails are good. As for stomach issues - I can only take what the VA has given me for the past 33years. I am not sure how this got ordered but I am sure it wasn't by me and I want a full refund.

I had high hopes, but this product gave me gastric upset and a constant feeling of fullness. It did, however reduce cravings.

They advertised a 60 day money back guarantee. The product has not been opened and I expected a full refund. To my dismay this company has completely gaslit me and is only giving me 50% refund. They give no reason why … because there isn’t one. This is awful and feel completely ripped off. False advertising at its best.
