In the past I had used krill oil, glucosamine and condroitin and other things to help with my aching joints. They might help a little, but not much. Since I have been using my hair vitamin I no longer have hand full of hair on my comb my hair is healthier than it has been in a while .I wholeheartedly recommend taking this product
