Ordered 3 bottles of VitalBP for $147. The Next page stated: Order Not Complete, and showed a Discount of $127. Checked that we wanted the discount. Then another (upsell) page showed another product GlucoGuard 3 for $147. Added that. Nowhere did we find the Free Report to Download. Next Page showed Order Complete. Total $467.97 Did not want 2 orders of 3 bottles of an untried product. Found Phone No. ... No Answer, a recorded msg. stated Complaints are handled by Email. Immediately sent an Email with Request to Correct the Order. Next day ... No Reply. Put Temp Hold on Credit Card. A terrible inconveinence as we are leaving on a Trip in the next few days! WARNING: Investigate Every Website, Offer, Company, Individual, etc. before sending any money. Too many Crooks in this world.

I haven't started using this supplement yet. Just wanted people to know that the ordering process was confusing and somewhat deceptive. I wanted to order three bottles but the process was so confusing that the order doubled (as did the total cost. also no opportunity to check order and correct my order before it was placed. Not a good omen for this company

I ordered 3 bottles of VitalBP and instead they sent me 12 bottles. When I advised them of this error they have not responded and then continue to tell me based on by survey I have taken I needed to contact them. I did not do a survey. I will now go out of why to let people know of my experience and to not even try. The support comes from Puerto Rico but the Dr Martinez is from Ohio. Sad, sad sad. This is only about him collecting monies and him not caring anything about the people he is selling product too. My bad as I should have known better. Lesson here is save your money and don't trust anyone.

I placed an order for a supplement, only to receive an email from the company a day later stating that the item was out of stock. They provided no estimated restock date or shipping timeframe whatsoever. Given the indefinite delay, I immediately emailed customer support to cancel the order. To my surprise, they refused to process the cancellation for an item they hadn't even shipped yet, telling me I had to wait for the package to arrive first and then request a refund. To make matters worse, attempting to resolve this over the phone was impossible—their automated support line does not allow you to speak with a customer service representative and simply loops you back to sending an email. Refusing to cancel an unfulfilled, backordered item and offering no functional phone support is completely unacceptable business practice. I have had to open a payment dispute just to get my money back. Save yourself the hassle and purchase your supplements elsewhere.

When I first placed an order, my bank flagged it as fraud. I thought I had blocked payment. I contacted them and they waited 3 days to confirm they were a real company and product had shipped. When I received it, I was told to ship the package back and reorder. I shipped the product and weeks later I had not received any confirmation of receipt. I took them another 4 days to get back to me and I was informed I would have to go back to my bank to secure my repayment of funds for the returned product. In all they have held my money for almost 2 months and I got nothing. This is not a company I would recommend to anyone!!!

This is a bogus company. There is no contact information for this company selling this product. No refunds are possible. If you do get the vitamin supplements, reviews have said it does not have enough vitamins to make a difference in your health some have commented on buying the supplements separately and taking them for better effects.

Below 1 star but did not have this option to select. Price scam product advertised as $26.99 charged over $300 with NO invoice nor receipt. Immediately called 5 min after the online order when I saw what was withdrawn and advised that order can not be cancelled (albeit 5 min after order was placed) and advised order will not be canceled instead a $50 gift card. Sec 74.01 of Cad competition act pt B indicates this type of faulty advertising is a crime...Buyer Beware

I ordered 3 bottles of Vital BP for my mother. Their checkout stated $147 US. They tried to charge $237.60 US. I contacted them straight away and sent them screenshots of their checkout charge and the amount they that was coming out of my bank. It took several days later to get a reply asking me to send screenshots again. A new way to scam money.
