I have yet to receive this order nor has it even shipped. I have emailed your company twice with ZERO response. Absolutely awful customer service. I needed these K-drops fairly quickly for my newborn daughter & I even paid for expedited shipping. I will never refer your company & will be warning my pediatrician who referred me to you, to reevaluate this decision.

My package was delivered to an address in Arizona and I live in Maryland - Customer service has been delayed and noncommittal about how to resolve this and at the moment, I'm out my product and $112. Not a happy camper. And it's very upsetting for me to write this - I know many small businesses struggle - I want o give this one the benefit of the doubt and it's difficult without communication.

Delivery is extremely slow

I am trying to get someone to help me adjust my subscription and it is nearly impossible to get any response. I used the chat function, email and tried the phone number that is on the website and still there is no response. I am having trouble finding my account too. Otherwise I could just make the adjustment myself. Hopefully someone respond to this
