I ordered some supplements from them and four glass bottles were shipped in an unpadded envelope, and surprise, they were damaged when they arrived. After multiple calls and email attempts (their support email address i bunk) I'm still waiting for a callback or some other consideration for this botched order, but none arrives. I agree that the positive reviews sound awfully fake. Proceed at your own risk.

Waste of time to order with them, you will never reach them and they wont reply. no merchandise after payment and you will be chasing it down with your credit card to remove charge, takes months. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, they should be out of business.

The 1st time I ordered 10 bottles of magnesium, I got 7 bottles. The post office said that they tried to send the other 3 with the same shipping label as the 1st package of 3. I was desperate. I can't find "Standard Process Magnesium Lactate" anywhere. This company was still in business so I was hoping that it was an honest mistake. My money left the bank 8 days ago. there is a "pre-shipping" tracking number for a 2 day delivery, but it never reached the post office. I call and leave messages; no answer. I email support. I get a "your message will be handled in 1-3 business days" but nothing further. They have stolen $75 the 1st time and $250 the 2nd time. I know this sounds like I was stupid; in fact I am desperate. Do NOT spend your money here!

I ordered an item on September 8. I never received a confirmation for my order, so about a month later I checked online to see that it had been back-ordered. After realizing that this item is no longer available anywhere, I sent a message to them inquiring about it. I never heard back, so I called about 2 weeks later and got a message that their representatives were all on other calls, and to leave a message and they would return my call. I left a message and I requested that they call me back, and that they cancel my order. They never called me back, and my order was not canceled. It is now October 29, and I just sent my 3rd message. I expect that I won't get a response. This is not acceptable customer service, I will not purchase from this site again.

I purchased twice from this company. Didn't realize I hadn't received 1st order before ordering again. Called and e-mailed, but it was soon evident it was a fraud. He sends you a "package has been shipped" e-mail with a USPS tracking number, with 2-day priority mail, and actually gives you a tracking number. The tracking number is not any good--on either of the orders. I do believe this would qualify for mail fraud as well--to use USPS tracking number and yet not actually activate it by mailing package. It's unlawful to use US Postal Service envelops or any of their property if it's not used for its designated purpose. I wish I had read all the reviews on this person before ordering. This idiot has the gall to continue advertising on Google Adwords as of this date September 9, 2015. I'm going to see if I can contact Google to prevent him from placing his ads on their network.

I ordered vitamins on August 25th. My credit card was charged, but nothing has arrived. I have tried to call the company many times, but they have not returned the calls. Also, the number on my email confirmation is a discontinued number. I fear I have been scammed! I will be calling the credit card company to refute the charge. What a horrible company!! I feel like the few good reviews were planted.

Ordered june 23rd an antihistamine for ear emergency. It's now july 7th and still i do not have my supplement. If you have an emergency and sick and need items fast, dont' order from vitadocs. Go somewhere else, they take forever.

Need to remove review. after 8 phone calls I finally got my product but never a return call. Just won't do business with them again
